The cancellation fee is 100% for all tickets purchased. We advise that you request for a reschedule instead.

• Reschedule charge may incur, according to the respective bus operator's regulation.
• The reschedule is subjected to the seat availability and reschedule policy of the bus operator.

For bus-operator-initiated cancellation:

We will make every effort to notify you promptly. Any refund or alternative arrangements will be governed following the bus operator's policy.
